DESCRIPTION
ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and commercial plumbing services, is currently seeking bright and assertive Dispatchers in your area. A qualified candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. Must have effective listening and verbal communication skills, proven ability to meet/exceed set goals, and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
This position is for full time employment and may require evenings and weekends. Service industry experience highly preferred!
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Dispatching technicians to job sites
Processing payments
Answering inbound calls
Communicating with customers about appointment times and delays
Working with customer service representatives, managers, and technicians to provide excellent service
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 years dispatching experience required.
Excellent communication & computer skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to remain on the phone for the entire duration of the scheduled shift.
Working knowledge of a 2-way radio.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Selected candidates will undergo a Background Check, Drug Screening, and Motor Vehicles Record Check.
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
