Our client is seeking a hands-on, Entrepreneurial, career driven EE to be part of a growth minded group and Company In this position, the EE will work directly with Management to strategize direction, manage current and potential projects, as well as lead and mentor existing team members. You will be asked to have ownership of projects from Creation to Completion.
Ideal candidates: (nice to have not all required)
5
year's experience showing growth throughout that time frame.
Experience leading and overseeing a team
LED system experience preferred (or strong interested to work with LED systems)
Experience working with Stainless Steel products
Hands-on leader who see's projects through the full life cycle.
Ability to work independently or with a team
Direct client interaction, ability to Identifying and/or solve customer requirements
Working with others, mentoring a team, strategizing with peers and management
Hands on designing and tests; proposing modifications and retesting products
Preparing product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations
Company offers:
Strong starting salary with Company bonus performance
