Job
Summary:
The Receptionist/Business Office Float interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure.
Answer incoming phone calls.
All other duties assigned by the Business Office Manager.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 2:
00pm-6:
00pmHigh school graduate or equivalent.
One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
Medical terminology and computer experience preferred.
Good communication skills.
