Modern office setting Food provided Duties - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities - Provide recommendations and advice on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs - Research and gather information on travel options, such as prices, availability, and restrictions - Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and needs, and tailor travel itineraries accordingly - Make reservations and issue tickets for clients using reservation systems - Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans, ensuring minimal disruption for clients - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations Qualifications - Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other travel-related services - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in using computer reservation systems and other travel-related software - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Note:
