Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to play a crucial role in our team.
This position requires a combination of clinical expertise and administrative skills, focusing on conducting assessments, developing goals, quality assurance, training in documentation reporting, supervision of Behavioral Technicians, and EMR software management for children with autism.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed behavioral assessments for children with autism.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals.
Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to standards of care in documentation and reporting.
Deliver in-person and group training sessions on documentation and reporting standards.
Provide on-demand supervision to Behavioral Technicians, complementing their supervision with BCBAs.
Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers and manage authorization requirements.
Implement and oversee software and manual amendments based on feedback and evolving needs.
Work closely with the EMR software team to identify and correct issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
Maintain compliance with insurance carrier authorizations and standards of care.
Stay updated with best practices in autism care and ABA principles.
Requirements:
Current BCaBA certification.
Strong experience in a clinical setting and documentation compliance.
Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and preparing high-quality reports.
Proven skills in quality assurance and training of documentation standards.
Experience in supervising Behavioral Technicians and working with BCBAs.
Familiarity with EMR software and ability to manage software-related amendments.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and insurance processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Job Type:
