Responsibilities:
Partner with our Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless and accurate transfer of employee data Extract data and reports on an ad-hoc and recurring basis, format/manipulate data in Excel, and share with appropriate audiences Manage and audit legal data such as I-9's and Legal Name Perform audits of HR systems data and make necessary updates Assist in the maintenance of training documentation which is used to train employees globally Use a variety of technologies and software programs, such as Microsoft Office, Google suite and HRIS systems Learn, interpret, and communicate multiple HR processes and procedures to the team on a global scale.
Provide excellent customer service to employees Works independently and takes initiative to identify opportunities to help the team and to identify process improvements Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers to more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
Monitor system integrations for data feeds between HR systems and other internal or external systems and resolve or escalate issues Perform other duties as assigned Reqirments:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 2
years of experience in HR or related role Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Salesforce, or Oracle.
Strong data collection and data entry skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
