Job Description:
Seeking for an executive assistant to assist Director of Purchasing with purchasing.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive attitude, is self-motivated, eager to learn, and a multi-tasker balancing routine duties and complex tasks in a fast -paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, able to effectively enter and track information, execute plans and tasks required with keen attention to detail, accuracy, timing and project completion.
Candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be organized and take initiative in ensuring that operations go smoothly and that projects are delivered with a high level of performance.
Being a team player is a must.
Top candidates will have experience and demonstrate an understanding and commitment to delivering superior service.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to Procurement Department Assist with processing and approving orders in the procurement platform Communicate with employees and vendors in regards to orders Following up on tasks through their completion Skills and
Qualifications:
Must have excellent computer proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Organization, reporting skills, research skills, and administrative writing Excellent communication, and interpersonal skill Ability to start and complete projects with no supervision Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems/issues.
Must be detail-oriented with ability to prioritize, and Multitask in a fast-pace work environment .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
