Dental Insurance Biller - Coordinator

We accept state insurances, PPO, and fee for service patients and an understanding of these plans is a must.
Must have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with children of all ages and their families, and be a team player.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing invoices Posting payments Credentialing the doctors with insurance plans Insurance breakdowns.
Informing patients of their co pays and the limitations of their plans.
Achieve maximum resimbursement for services rendered.
Ensuring that the correct fees are collected at the time of service Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies Running reports and taking corrective actions to ensure that claims are paid for.
Meetings with the owner and helping the practice reach its financial goals.
Keeping patient information private.
Qualifications:
Familiar with Open Dental or similar software Must be proficient as a dental biller/ coordianator.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to the best customer service Great written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and great with details.
