Responsibilities Include:
Phone and email correspondence with tenants Meet with prospective tenants and show available properties Maintain detailed records of all aspects of project development for quick access and future reference.
Perform general office duties to include, but not limited to, emailing, answering calls, and customer support Coordinates and monitors status of work assigned to Maintenance staff and vendors Leverage your project-management skills to improve and implement Customer Service programs and processes to attract and retain our clientele Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills:
Self-motivated, confident and team player Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication skills oral and written Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Outgoing and upbeat self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys interacting with others Job Type:
