- Handle phone calls , including answering calls, taking messages, emails, and directing inquiries - Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Logistical Tucking brokerage from the right quote by understanding the need of the clien, paperwor, tracking update, and till invoicing efficiency -implement training programs for others in the team.
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members - Manage and supervise a team of office staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using office software (e.
