The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies, ensuring that all displays are up to date and reflect the company's standards, and overseeing the visual presentation of products in-store.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement visual merchandising strategies.
Develop creative visual displays that maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor store inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Train and supervise staff on visual merchandising techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
We are looking for a superstar merchandiser to ensure that our product looks consistent across all the stores we sell to.
We are also looking for someone that wants to grow within the company.
Qualifications and Skills :
A sense for fashion Be able to understand the Company's merchandise goals Be punctual Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager Great organization skills Creative and innovative thinker Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools (not required but a plus) Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results A.
