Requires Systems engineer with more than 1 year of experience in ITIL, Help Desk, on-site support, networks, remote support and backup systems.
Knowledge of network switches, VLANS, network cabling and wiring diagrams/templates, firewall ports, and P2P communication.
You must have an advanced level of conversational English.
Functions:
Run Windows 10 operating system updates on lab applications typically integrated with instrumentation.
Implement Windows-based security, including user/group permissions, file/folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.
Assist with lab network infrastructure support.
Acts as IT technical support contact for OEM/supplier field service engineers, updating computerized systems.
Acts as a liaison for software/hardware related queries, interfacing between customer, business and corporate IT teams.
Acts as local SME for local installation and configuration of Empower LAC/e.
