OVERVIEW The Senior SAP Developer contributes to Enterprise Applications (EA) mission to help the business do their jobs by helping them innovate & overcome their challenges by providing the highest quality of development of SAP applications. The Senior SAP Developer will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of Crestron's SAP applications and will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver sound solutions that are aligned with the organization's priorities and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Translate User Stories into business requirements and technical specifications Develop high quality SAP applications in compliance with established standards, procedures, and processes Perform complex end-to-end development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of SAP applications Deliver high level of client service through responsiveness and accuracy Maintain clear and concise technical documentations to accompany all application development. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines Ensure compliance with all change management procedures Collaborate with other teams within Crestron to address major incidents in SAP such as system unavailability, loss of functionality or emergency break-fix scenarios Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies Provide level 2 SAP support QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent technical training and experience 10
years of recent ABAP development experience in ECC environment Experience with SAP implementation, SAP upgrade, SAP Rollouts and Production Support Technical proficiency in the following areas:
ABAP Objects, User Exits, Customer Enhancements (Customer Functions & BADIs), BAPIs and BDC Scripts, IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services & APIs (SOAP, REST & ODATA), Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, List, Interactive & ALV Reporting, Dialog Programming, Performance Tuning of SAP Code, Analysis of ABAP Logs & Dumps, LSMW, Workflow Experience in MM, PP, SD, WM and/or FICO modules Updated knowledge of SAP programming trends and best practices Experience implementing SAP Notes Experience working in JavaScript Knowledge in CRM and/or BW Experience in Object Oriented Programming Agile Methodology experience in SAP Development Experience with DevOps tools preferably Azure DevOps Excellent verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent team player EOE/M/F/D/V BenefitsAt Crestron Electronics, we offer a competitive total compensation package including:
