You will be responsible for designing, architecting and running simulations for testing of aircraft systems in the Test Labs.

What You'll DoContributes to planning, developing and coordinating of important engineering projects.
Provides specialized technical assistance to team members.
Uses advanced techniques and modified extension of theories to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Determines and develops own approach to solutions within schedule and cost objectives.
Works under limited supervision; work should only be required.

ExperienceBachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
5 years in specific technical discipline or 10 years broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors.
Experience credit considered for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Masters, 4 years for PhD in fields applicable to this job.
Aircraft Avionics and/or Electronic Systems development and integration experienceExperience with FAA (14 CFR Part 25) or EASA (CS-25) certificationDevelopment, integration, test, troubleshooting of electronic aircraft systemsFunctional testing and troubleshooting experience at aircraft or system integration labExperience with requirements development, validation and verification toolsExperience with managing supplier technical and deliverable tasks in an engineering environmentProgramming experience with Matlab/Simulink, C, C++, and other widely used programming languages.
Knowledge and understanding of data communications protocols including A429, A664, A825, A665, A717, FPGAs, LVDT/RVDT and RS4XX/232Salary:
$150,000 - $170,000 per year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
